1983年5月,澳大利亚曹继业博士来南京讲学时,赠给江苏省科委蘑菇菌种7株。为了解其栽培特性,我们于同年进行了引种试验观察,现简报如下。一、材料与方法 (一)供试菌株:澳大利亚的Ag-1、Ag-4、Ag-5、LMI、M_(13)、B_2/E、BB,编号分别为1、2、3、4、5、6、7号;以国内的102—1、111、176作对照,编号分别为8、9、10号。所用的栽培种,澳大利亚蘑菇菌株为麦粒种,对照为粪草种。
In May 1983, Dr. Cao Jianye from Australia donated 7 strains of mushroom strains of Jiangsu Science and Technology Commission to Nanjing. In order to understand its cultivation characteristics, we conducted the introduction test observation in the same year, are briefed as follows. Materials and methods (a) The tested strains: Ag-1, Ag-4, Ag-5, LMI, M 13, B 2 / E and BB in Australia were numbered 1,2,3,4, 5,6,7; to the domestic 102-1,111,176 for control, numbered as No. 8,9,10. The cultivars used, Australian mushroom strains were wheat varieties, the control was dung grass species.
