从野生菇驯化选育出的耐温型平菇HP-1新菌株,具有耐高温,适温范围广,在偏碱性基质上生长,发菌快,生长周期短,抗杂菌能力强等特点,适合于春、夏、秋三季栽培。用棉籽壳为原料,生料栽培,生物学效率(产菇量对固体基质之比)为71～152％。HP-1子实体韧性强,不易破碎,菇香味浓,干菇品质好,适于干制保存。
