随着我国石油工业的迅猛发展,石油裂解气的综合利用提到日程上来了。一些重要的化工原料或中间产物的合成用的原料,除以农副产品外,也逐步以石油裂解气作原料。辛二酸的合成就是其中一例。我们利用石油裂解气中C_4部分的丁二烯,经镍化物催化二聚为环辛二烯1,5(COD-1,5),然后氢化为环辛烷,再氧化为辛二酸,一次结晶的辛二酸纯度可达聚合级。整个工艺较简单,就拿环化二聚这一步来说,催化效率较高,反应温度90~100℃,压力在10公斤以下,转化率在90%以上。
With the rapid development of China’s oil industry, the comprehensive utilization of petroleum cracked gas has come to the agenda. Some important chemical raw materials or intermediates used in the synthesis of raw materials, divided by agricultural and sideline products, but also gradually cracking oil as raw materials. Suberic acid synthesis is one example. We use the oil pyrolysis of C_4 part of the butadiene, nickel catalyst catalytic dimerization of cyclooctadiene 1,5 (COD-1,5), and then hydrogenated to cyclooctane, and then oxidized to suberic acid, once Crystalline sub-acid purity up to the polymerization grade. The whole process is relatively simple, taking the cyclization dimerization this step, the higher catalytic efficiency, the reaction temperature is 90 ~ 100 ℃, the pressure is below 10 kg, the conversion rate of 90%.
