通过对西南地区113所本科高校图书馆科技查新服务进行网上调查,分析了西南地区科技查新机构的查新资质、人员情况、收费标准、查新时间、委托方式、服务对象、查新管理系统应用情况、查新数量,指出西南地区高校查新机构具有区域分布不均衡的特性,存在无查新资质提供查新服务和超出认定的专业范围进行查新的现象,采用科技查新管理系统的查新机构很少,西南地区高校科技查新机构的年均查新量与全国平均量有着不小的差距,并提出了相应的对策。

Corresponding countermeasures are also put forward.
