目的建立苄达赖氨酸滴眼剂中抑菌剂硫柳汞的原子荧光光谱含量测定方法。方法采用微波消解系统消解样品后,用双道原子荧光光谱仪测定苄达赖氨酸滴眼剂中硫柳汞的含量。结果 3家企业样品的平均含量分别为0.001%,0.030%和0.001%,方法检出限为0.013 4μg·L~(-1),线性范围为0.4~2.0μg·L~(-1),线性回归方程相关系数为0.999 3,平均回收率为99.2%。结论采用本法测定滴眼剂中硫柳汞的含量灵敏准确,专属性强,干扰少,对于控制滴眼剂中硫柳汞含量有实际意义。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of thimerosal in baclofen eye drops by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods After the samples were digested by microwave digestion system, the contents of thimerosal in the benzylidene lysine eye drops were determined by dual-channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The average contents of the three samples were 0.001%, 0.030% and 0.001% respectively. The detection limits were 0.013 4 μg · L -1 and the linear range was 0.4-2.0 μg · L -1. The linearity The correlation coefficient of regression equation was 0.999 3, the average recovery was 99.2%. Conclusion The method for the determination of thimerosal in eye drops is sensitive, accurate and specific, with little interference. It is of practical significance for the control of thimerosal in eye drops.
