随着微时代的到来以及微信在高校大学生中的普及,高校辅导员工作面临着新的挑战和机遇。作为高校辅导员,适时与时俱进,有效利用微信这一自媒体开展思想政治教育和日常事务管理对提高学生管理工作效率、引导大学生健康成长具有重要意义。本文首先阐述了辅导员微信公众平台创建的必要性,然后介绍了微信公众平台在辅导员实际工作中的具体应用,并在此基础上,指出微信公众平台在辅导员工作中的创新与特色,为高校辅导员工作提供新的方法与途径。
