我矿是一九五七年兴建的小煤矿,十几年来,在毛主席无产阶级革命路线指引下,在上级党委的正确领导下,坚持以阶级斗争为纲,坚持党的基本路线,高举《鞍钢宪法》旗帜,加强党的领导,依靠工人阶级,坚定不移学大庆,快马加鞭赶开滦,同修正主义斗,同资本主义斗,同形形色色的错误倾向斗,使矿山面貌焕然一新。实现了矿井连续十六年安全生产。极大地保护了职工高涨的社会主义积极性,促进了产量翻番,连续十三年超额完成国家计划。在“四害”横行的一九七六年,我们顶风斗浪排干扰,克服重重困难,生产更上一层楼,年产煤比设计能力翻了三番,比文化大革命前的一九六五年提高三点五倍。被省和煤炭部命名为安全生产和“工业学大庆”的先进单位。
