碾压混凝土缩写RCC,是修筑大坝的一种方法,用无塌落度的混凝土每次铺筑厚1~3英尺(0.3~0.9m)的水平层,用光面滚筒振动碾压实。由于水平层次多,所以浇筑层面间的结合强度便成为设计者关心的大事。该课题由垦务局和波特兰水泥协会协同进行。结合面强率用轴向抗拉和直剪试验值予以评价。用室内浇注带接缝的RCC试件和在野外试验块上钻孔采取芯样进行结合面强度试验。研究内容包括混凝土的配比设计、施工缝的间隙期、养护、表面准备与辅助处理。
RCC, an abbreviation for RCC, is a method of building dams. Layers of 1 to 3 ft (0.3 to 0.9 m) horizontal are paved with concrete without slump and ground with a smooth roller. As the level of multi-level, so pouring level of bonding between the designer has become a major concern. The task is coordinated by the Bureau of Reclamation and the Portland Cement Association. The combined surface strength was evaluated by axial tensile and direct shear test values. RCC specimens with joints were cast indoors and core samples were taken from the field test blocks for joint surface strength test. The research contents include the design of concrete mix, the gap of construction joints, curing, surface preparation and auxiliary treatment.
