随着改革开放和社会主义市场经济深入发展,党员队伍也不断壮大,管党治党的任务更加艰巨。在世情、国情、党情发生深刻变化的新形势下,发展党员工作出现了一些新问题,导致党员发展质量有所下滑。在施工企业中,因其行业特点,这一问题也更具有独特性。本文从存在问题、原因剖析和解决方法三个层次对这个问题进行阐述,以期提供一些有益的探讨。
