现在许多地区都在从事食用菌液体菌种的开发工作.液体菌种可代替斜面母种用于原种生产,也可代替原种用于栽培种生产.用液体菌种培养的原种,生活力强,上下菌龄一致;用于接种栽培种,定植快,污染率低.培养液体菌种,周期短,可连续多次扩大培养,对生长速度、菌种质量均无不良影响.笔者对液体菌种作了多次系统的实验研究.实验内容为液体菌种的培养、接种栽培种和栽培.实验结果表明:①用液体菌种栽培的产量低于固体菌种栽培的15~20%;②菇个体小于正常菇,菇盖不能完全张开,菇色不如平常;③菇潮要少1~2次;④适应性差,
