西部地区经济发展尤其是县域经济发展比较落后 ,与东部沿海省市相比 ,存在着较大差距。在西部大开发和中国加入WTO的大背景下 ,县域经济的发展面临前所未有的机遇。作者分析了西部地区大力发展县域经济的必要性 ,并针对西部地区的具体情况 ,提出了西部地区县域经济发展的总体思路 :( 1)推进农业产业化经营 ;( 2 )大力发展第三产业 ;( 3 )发展乡镇企业 ;( 4 )设立工业园区 ;( 5 )加快小城镇建设 ;( 6)发挥重大项目的龙头作用
The economic development in the western region, especially the development of the county economy, is relatively backward. Compared with the eastern coastal provinces and cities, there is a big gap. Under the background of the large-scale development of the western region and China’s accession to the WTO, the development of county economy is facing unprecedented opportunities. The author analyzes the necessity of vigorously developing the county economy in the western region. In the light of the specific conditions in the western region, the author puts forward the general idea of the development of the county economy in the western region: (1) promoting the industrialization of agriculture; (2) developing the tertiary industry; and (3) the development of township enterprises; (4) the establishment of industrial parks; (5) speeding up the construction of small towns and cities; (6) the leading role of major projects
