在砼工程施工中,模板工程费用一般约占砼工程费用的15～20%;对于重力坝及拱坝则约占30～47%;对于轻型砼土建筑物所占比例则更大.降低模板费用的途径,一是采取一切措施,减少模板的材料消耗,劳动消耗和设备费用;二是提高模板的重复使用次数,尽可能使模板、支架结构、联结构件的尺寸标准化、系列化.为此,模板的制作材料,应优先选用钢材,尽量少用木材.
