文跃然,复旦大学经济学学士、硕士,中国人民大学经济学博士,中华薪酬网创始人,薪酬与福利专家。2001年至2009年任中国人民大学劳动人事学院人力资源管理系主任。兼任北京市委组织部人力资源中心研究员,北京国有企业高级经营人才甄选与评价中心专家,汉王科技股份有限公司、武汉光迅科技股份有限公司和江中药业股份有限公司独立董事、薪酬委员会主任,同时还是美国薪酬协会会员、美国人力资源协会会员。
