在化工生产中为了能给各类反应提供足够的温度,或让催化剂保持足够的活性,往往需要通过加热设备对介质进行加热以满足生产的需要,装置内的加热器就属于这一类设备,其是否能够正常工作直接影响着催化剂质量合格与否,而前期加热器就曾因为各种原因而造成加热不正常无法达到工艺所需要的反应温度使得所生产的催化剂不合格,工艺出现废料。本文主要阐述装置加热器工作原理及出现故障时的处理方法。
