我国传统的中小学教师培养模式是一种混合式人才培养模式,这种培养模式存在诸多弊端,导致人才培养目标难以实现,人才培养质量不高,教师教育特色难以凸现。分离式教师培养模式则具有培养方式与国际接轨、师范性与学术性有机统一、培养主体复位等优势,因而能真正实现人才培养目标。在教师教育专业化的国际潮流与国内新课改的大趋势下,从“混合”走向“分离”的时代专向是专业化教师培养模式的必然选择。
China’s traditional primary and secondary school teacher training model is a hybrid training model, this training model has many drawbacks, resulting in difficult to achieve the goal of personnel training, personnel training quality is not high, difficult to highlight the characteristics of teacher education. The training mode of separated teachers has the advantages of training methods and international standards, the unity of normality and academic, and the reduction of subject training, which can really achieve the goal of personnel training. Under the general trend of teacher education specialization and domestic new curriculum reform, the specialization from the “mixed” to the “separated” age is the inevitable choice of the specialized teacher training mode.
