目的探讨参加手术人员实施手部整合管理后,对人体植入物手术感染的影响。方法自2009年元月起对手术医护人员实施以手术间内实行手消毒剂干洗手法、外科手消毒揉搓、无触式戴无菌手套方法及戴双层手套等为主要措施的规范化手部整合管理。结果通过对参加手术人员手部进行整合管理方法后,手术人员的手部清洁消毒合格率和洗手依从性得到提高,人体植入物感染术后发生率明显降低(χ2=11.131,P﹤0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论规范的手部整合管理措施有利于提高消毒隔离质量,减少外源性接触感染,对降低人体植入物手术后感染率具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the impact of surgical intervention on human implant after participating in the operation of hand integration management. Methods Since January 2009, a standardized hand-integration system has been implemented for the operation and nursing staff on the basis of hand-disinfecting dry-cleaning methods, surgical hand rubbing rubs, non-contact wearing sterile gloves and wearing double gloves management. Results Through the integrated management of the hands of the operatives, the qualified rate of hand cleaning and disinfection and the compliance of the handwashing were improved. The incidence of postoperative human implant infection was significantly lower (χ2 = 11.131, P <0.01) ,The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The standardized hand integration management measures are helpful to improve the quality of disinfection and isolation and reduce the exogenous contact infection, which is of great significance to reduce the postoperative infection rate of human implants.
