一、问题的提出: 青少年正处于生长发育的旺盛阶段,而目前我市各中小学普遍存在着每日学习时间过长、体育活动过少、学生的体质较差特别是心血管呼吸系统,耐力素质的发展也落后于其他素质。这不仅影响到体育教学任务的完成,还影响了“达标率”的提高。我们面临的一个重要问题,就是要设法寻求出适宜的的体育锻炼形式,不断提高在校学生的健康水平,不断改善他们的体质状况,以符合中央提出的“多出人材、快出人材、出好人材”的教改要求。据近年来国内外有关文献报导,跑步是增强体力特别是提高不同年龄有氧代谢功能的有效运动形式。青少年时期则是提高心血管、呼吸系统机能和耐力素质的最佳阶段。抓紧这个阶段的锻炼,将对一生的健康产生良好的影响。本文研究的目的是通过多种形式的健身跑实验来探讨健身跑步每周适宜的练习

Adolescence is the best stage to improve cardiovascular, respiratory system performance and endurance qualities. Pay close attention to this stage of exercise, will have a healthy life have a good impact. The purpose of this study is to explore the weekly exercises for fitness running through various forms of fitness running experiments
