同志们;全省经济工作会议已经开了八天,我因为有事迟来,只参加了三天。这次会议主要是传达贯彻全国经济工作会议精神和赵总理视察我省所作的指示。海潮同志在这次会上作的报告,我看了,讲得很好,我完全同意。会议的讨论情况,我也了解了一些,还找参加会的省直部、办、委、厅、局的负责同志,各地州市的负责同志,特别是几位教授,听取了意见。大家感到这个会是开得很好的。二月份我们开了一个农村工作会议,贯彻中央一号文件精神,那个会是开得很好的,会议之后,全省农村出现了一个放手发展商品生产的好势头。现在我们又开这个经济工作会,贯彻落实全国经济工
