功能力量训练与传统力量训练方法相比,对于促进健美操运动员的损伤修复具有更重要的作用。本文首先对传统力量训练与功能力量训练进行对比,然后采取实验探究的方式,确定功能力量训练对于防治健美操运动员损伤具有重要的正面影响作用。
Compared with traditional methods of strength training, functional strength training plays an important role in promoting the injury repair of aerobics athletes. This article first compares the traditional strength training with the functional strength training, and then takes the experiment to explore the way to determine the functional strength training for the prevention and treatment of aerobics athletes have a significant positive impact.
