随着石油工业的迅猛发展,标准体积管的口径也日趋大型化。但标定体积管时通常采用两个500升的一等容器交替测量被置换的液体。如BGS-700型体积管(12英寸)需测量7罐。对于大型体积管需测量的罐数更多。但一罐灌满后换另一罐时,过去是采用手动换向或目测水位到达观察窗时,按动开关,电动换向。这样操作劳动强度大,同时由于水位上升较快,观察窗又较小,稍一疏忽,就会冒顶,外溢导致前功尽弃。致使该次标定作废。所以标定时精神非常紧张。因了解决上述问题,我们研制成功了标定体积管的自动换向装置。也就是标定体积管时,起始检测开关起动换向器后和终止检测开关起动换向器前的中间倒换一
