各位常务理事,各位代表: 这次研讨会,是在党的十四届六中全会刚刚闭幕,全党全国人民认真贯彻落实《中央关于加强社会主义精神文明建设若干重要问题的决议》的形势下召开的。我们这次会议要以党的十四届六中全会精神为指导,认真总结研究会一年里的工作,研讨我国知识产权立法和实践的问题及应采取的对策。 参加这次研讨会的代表来自我国与知识产权制度相关的各个领域包括立法、司法、行政管理部门、代理机构、法律界、企业界、高等院校和科研院所等,代表中间既有知识产权界著名的专家、学者,又有长期在各自领域辛勤耕耘的工作人员。我们这次会议可谓群英荟萃,人才济济,有着广泛的代表性。我代表中国知识产权研究会,
Dear Executives and Delegates: This seminar is held under the situation that the Sixth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has just concluded, and the entire Party and the Chinese people conscientiously implement the “Resolution of the Central Committee on Several Important Issues Regarding Strengthening the Construction of Socialist Spiritual Civilization” Held. At this conference, we should take the spirit of the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party as a guide, conscientiously sum up the work of the seminar during the year, and discuss the issues concerning the legislation and practice of intellectual property in our country and the countermeasures that should be taken.
