EPSON LQ-1600K系列针式打印机应用比较广泛,笔者所在单位就有好几台。在碰到一些打印故障的时候,不妨自己小试身手。 1.检查打印机是否处于联机状态,一般在面板上可以直接观察到这个联机的指示灯,如果没有亮,请按一下“联机”按钮。 2.检查打印机电缆与电脑是否连接好,尤其在打印机搬动过之后或者是借用的打印机要重点检查。注意电脑和打印机两端连接处都要检查。 2.关闭并重开打印机电源。这样做能解决许多莫名其妙的打印故障,原因在于它清空了打印机内存中的数据。
