引言近来,我们报道了几种基质晶格中 Tb~(3+)的发光。特别强调了是什么因素决定 Tb~(3+)发光颜色的问题。通常,Tb~(3+)的发光是由于~5D_3和~5D_4能级的作用。~5D_3能级的发射是一般所说的蓝光发射,~5D_4能级的发射则是一般所说的绿光发射,因为事实上主发光线分别在蓝色和绿色光谱区。决定~5D_3和~5D_4发射强度比的主要因素是 Tb~(3+)的浓度。就大部分固态基质晶格而言,从~5D_3到~5D_4的无幅射多声子弛豫的可能性相当低。
Introduction Recently, we report the luminescence of Tb 3+ in several host lattices. In particular, it is emphasized that what determines the luminescent color of Tb ~ (3+). In general, the luminescence of Tb ~ (3+) is due to the ~ 5D_3 and ~ 5D_4 energy levels. ~ 5D_3 level emission is generally referred to as blue emission, ~ 5D_4 emission level is generally referred to as green emission, because in fact the main emission lines in the blue and green spectral regions. The main factor that determines the emission intensity ratio of ~ 5D_3 and ~ 5D_4 is the concentration of Tb ~ (3+). For most solid-state host lattices, the likelihood of non-radiative polyphonic relaxation from ~ 5D_3 to ~ 5D_4 is quite low.
