本文通过对36例颌骨放射性骨损害动物(狗)实验模型的连续X线检查,并与临床、病理等检查结果对比分析,发现颌骨放射性骨损害具备与其病损程度基本对应的X线表现特征:密度改变反映骨损害程度较轻;结构模糊提示损害严重;广泛破坏标志骨病理改变不可逆转。颌骨放射性骨损害的X线影象多有相对明确的病变范围。照射后牙齿、牙周及拔牙创改变的X线表现不支持牙齿因素在骨坏死发病学中具有重要意义的传统观点。
Through the continuous X-ray examination of animal model of 36 cases of bone injury caused by radioactive bone damage in jaw, and compared with the results of clinical and pathological examination, we found that the radiographic bone damage of the jaw possesses the X-ray manifestations corresponding to the degree of lesion Features: Density changes reflect the degree of bone damage lighter; Structural fuzzy prompted serious damage; extensive destruction of signs of bone pathological changes irreversible. X-ray imaging of jaw bone radiological damage has relatively clear range of lesions. X-ray findings of altered teeth, periodontal and tooth extraction after irradiation do not support the traditional view that tooth factors are of major importance in the pathogenesis of osteonecrosis.
