研究N7301从氯化物体系中萃取钯的性能,考察酸度、氯离子浓度、N7301浓度对萃取平衡的影响,进行反萃试验,结果表明,钯浓度为106.4mg·L-1,N7301浓度为4×10-3mol·L-1,pH值为1时,萃取率达98.8%,用0.21mol·L-1硫脲作反萃剂,反萃率达99.9%,用斜率法及饱和法确定萃合物的组成为(R3NH)2PdCl4。其萃取钯的机理经紫外-可见光谱证实为离子缔合体系的阴离子交换反应。
The effects of acidity, chloride ion concentration and N7301 concentration on the extraction equilibrium were studied. The stripping experiments were carried out. The results showed that palladium concentration was 106.4 mg · L-1, N7301 concentration was 4 × 10-3mol·L-1, pH value of 1, the extraction rate of 98.8%, with 0.21mol · L-1 thiourea as stripping agent, stripping rate of 99.9%, using the slope method And saturation method to determine the composition of the complex as (R3NH) 2PdCl4. The mechanism of its extraction of palladium confirmed by UV-Vis ion-exchange reaction of the ion-exchange system.
