以对甲氧基苯乙酮为原料,设计合成了11个标题化合物,其结构经IR、1HNMR和ESI-MS表征确认。初步抗肿瘤活性测试表明(MTT法),大部分目标产物对人肝癌细胞Hep G2具有一定的抗增殖活性。
Using p-methoxyacetophenone as starting material, 11 title compounds were designed and synthesized. Their structures were characterized by IR, 1HNMR and ESI-MS. The preliminary antitumor activity test showed that most of the target products have certain antiproliferative activity on human hepatoma Hep G2 cell line (MTT method).
