目的探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液配合中药外洗治疗小儿秋季急性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将160例秋季急性腹泻患儿随机分为2组,对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,治疗组采用蒲地蓝消炎口服液配合中药外洗治疗,观察并比较2组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗组显效68例,有效7例,无效5例,总有效率93.75%;对照组显效46例,有效6例,无效28例,总有效率65.00%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液配合中药外洗治疗小儿秋季急性腹泻疗效显著,能有效改善患儿的临床症状,促进患儿脾胃功能的恢复,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Po Di Lan antiphlogistic oral solution combined with traditional Chinese medicine external washing in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea in autumn. Methods A total of 160 children with acute autumnal diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder. The treatment group was treated with Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid and Chinese traditional medicine. The clinical efficacy was observed and compared between the two groups. Results In the treatment group, 68 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.75%. The control group was markedly effective in 46 cases, effective in 6 cases and ineffective in 28 cases, with a total effective rate of 65.00%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Po Di Lan anti-inflammatory oral with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with acute autumn diarrhea significant effect, can effectively improve children’s clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of children’s spleen and stomach function, which can be popularized in clinical application.
