“树线矛盾”是指输配电线路与通道内或周边种植的树木距离不符合《电力设施保护条例》的要求而产生的安全隐患,危及线路可靠供电。树线矛盾是基层供电企业日常管理中的“老大难”。大多数树线矛盾的产生,一方面源于群众对供电安全缺乏足够的认识,只想到树权归属和个人利益,一方面源于供电企业一心只想维护线路安全,而忽略使用合法、合情、合规的手段来保护企业自身的权益。本期封面策划将从客观、中立的角度出发,与企业一起探讨化解树线矛盾
