用电镜观察输精管结扎一年后4只家犬附睾体部的超微结构,与正常对照组比较可见其附睾体部粘膜上皮细胞间隙扩大、连接复合体松散;主细胞顶部胞质中吞饮小泡数量增多,滑面内质网普遍扩张,其内含物电子密度增加,基底部胞质出现多量小型小泡,趋向基底面并形成胞吐现象。实验组动物附睾尾部的光镜观察亦发现精液囊肿和精子肉芽肿形成,并见有精子穿越附睾管壁的移行过程。对于上述超微结构的变化对附睾生殖生理活动的影响进行了讨论。
The ultrastructure of epididymal body of 4 dogs after one year of vasectomy was observed by electron microscope. Compared with the normal control group, the epididymal mucosal epithelial cell gap enlarged and the connective complex was loosened. In the cytoplasm of the main cell, The number of vesicles increased, the slide surface endoplasmic reticulum generally expanded, the content of electron density increased, a large number of basal cell cytoplasm appeared small vesicles, the trend toward the basal surface and the formation of exocytosis. Light microscopic observation of the epididymal tail in the experimental group also found the formation of seminal fluid cysts and sperm granulomas, and the migration of spermatozoa through the wall of the epididymis was seen. The effects of the above ultrastructural changes on the reproductive physiology of epididymis are discussed.
