水是人体必需的,成年人每日摄取量约2—3升,在夏季由于大量出汗,摄取量可增高到5—10升。人们习惯于饮用开水或冷开水,但是烧热开水需要燃料,冷开水有遭受污染的可能,常常超过饮用水的细菌标准。最近工厂调配清凉饮料,食品企业制造冷食,都直接使用自来水,有关部门及基层卫生人员曾多次询及有关用水细菌标准及消毒方法;兹根据现有资料及几年来有关试验的成果进行评述。
Water is essential to the body. Daily intake of adults is about 2-3 liters. In summer, due to excessive sweating, the intake can be increased to 5-10 liters. People are used to drinking boiled water or cold boiled water, but burning hot boiled water requires fuel, cold boiled water may be contaminated, often exceeding the bacterial standards for drinking water. Recently, factories have allocated refreshing drinks and food businesses have tap water. All tap water is used directly. Relevant departments and grassroots public health officials have repeatedly consulted about the standards and disinfection methods for drinking water. The review is based on available information and the results of several years of tests.
