第四届世界军人运动会于2007年10月14日至21日在印度海德拉巴市举行,来自世界106个国家和地区的6000多名运动员、教练员参加了本届赛会。本届运动会共设拳击、足球、手球、柔道、军事五项、游泳、田径、排球、铁人三项等13个正式比赛项目和曲棍球、卡巴迪等2个表演项目。由220人组成的我军体育代表团参加了除足球、手球、帆船(板)和水球以外的其他10个正式比赛项目,共夺得38枚金牌(上届为31枚)、22枚银牌和13枚铜牌,列金牌总数第二位。其中男女排球首次夺金,女子铁人三项及女子步枪创造参赛史上最佳成绩,令人瞩目。为此,我们特邀作者撰文,以飨读者。
The 4th World Army Games was held in Hyderabad, India from October 14 to October 21, 2007 with more than 6,000 athletes and coaches from 106 countries and regions participating in the tournament. There are 13 official events such as boxing, soccer, handball, judo, military five, swimming, track and field, volleyball and triathlon as well as two performance projects such as hockey and Kabaddi. A 220-member military sports delegation participated in 10 other official competitions except soccer, handball, sailing (board) and water polo, winning a total of 38 gold medals (31 in the previous session), 22 silver medals and 13 bronze medal, second place total gold medal. Among them, men and women volleyball first gold, women’s triathlon and women’s rifles to create the best record in the history of participation, compelling. For this reason, we invite authors to write articles to readers.
