市场经济作为一种配置资源的方式,既有其独特的优势,也存在着自身不可避免的弱点和局限。社会主义市场经济,即吸收了市场经济的长处,具有市场经济的共性,又以社会主义的优越性克服了市场经济的痼疾。在发展社会主义市场经济的过程中,必须将社会主义制度与市场经济融合起来,让公有制与多种所有制经济、国家的主导作用与市场的基础作用、效率与公平有机结合,以建立充分“取长补短”的社会主义经济。
