本文观察冠心病诊断中,踏车运动试验 Q-Tc 延长与 ST 参数价值对比。资料和方法共计59例,其中冠心病组29例(男20例,女9例),平均年龄54.6±7.6岁,均有典型心绞痛及/或心肌梗塞史。正常组30例(男20例,女10例),平均年龄52.7±7.8岁,均无冠心病易患因素,经临床及辅助检查无心脏病证据。检查方法按《实用心电图学》所述。测量运动前后 Q-T 间期,并用 Bazett 公式计算Q-Tc。结果冠心病组与正常组平均年龄,基础
In this paper, the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, treadmill exercise test Q-Tc extension and ST parameters value comparison.
