本文应用心导纳图对60岁以上的老年冠心病患者进行心功能检测,并与同年龄组老年健康人相比,探索除由于生理性原因使老年人心功能减退外,冠心病可能对这些老年人造成什么影响并初步探讨此种无创性心功能检查方法的临床应用价值。资料及方法分组:(1)老年冠心组:48例,男34例,女14例,年龄60～95岁,平均68.2岁。均符合1980年全国内科学术会议冠心病诊断标准。(2)对照组:40例,男31例,女9例,年龄60～78岁,经检查无心肺疾患,
