利用轧辊将大型连铸板坯切分为多种规格的板坯和方坯,供给各个轧钢车间,是国外近年开发的一种新技未。该工艺只需2~4道次就能切分220~260×600~2550mm、温度为1000℃左右的大型连铸板坯。在现场条件许可时,利用连铸坯的余热直接进行切分轧制,还可进一步节能。针对切分时轧件产生的弯曲及局部隆起变形,开发了板坯预整形约束挠度切分法和无约束切分挠度矫正法。该新工艺能大大提高连铸机的生产能力、获得显著的经济效益、切分质量可靠,它特别适应于既有板坯连铸机又需生产多种规格带钢及其他型钢产品的综合性钢厂。
