针对矿井垂直救援提升系统,设计了结构简单、易搬运、易组装的小型钢井架。利用ANSYS软件对所设计的井架整体结构进行了静力学分析与线性屈曲分析,验证了井架的强度和稳定性。
Aimed at the mine vertical rescue lift system, a small steel derrick with simple structure, easy handling and easy assembly was designed. The static structure analysis and linear buckling analysis of the designed derrick structure were carried out by using ANSYS software to verify the strength and stability of the derrick.
