分析高速公路路网结构下的交通分流特征,认定通过分流减轻拥堵并提高效率的关键因素是平衡高速路网和周边国省道的车流量以最大化路网关键截面通行能力。在兼顾个体出行者和整体路网效率的前提下,提出交通分流的主要原则,建立高速公路分流技术指标和分流动态判定方法,以解决拥堵上游多出口协调分流的问题。结合昌九高速路网和拥堵特点建立的分流策略,通过元胞模型进行了实证研究,保证分流的有效性。
By analyzing the characteristics of traffic diversion under the highway network structure, it is considered that the key factor to reduce congestion and improve efficiency through diversion is to balance traffic flow between the expressway network and the neighboring provinces and provincial highways to maximize the traffic capacity of the key section of the road network. Under the premise of considering the individual travelers and the efficiency of the whole road network, the paper puts forward the main principles of traffic diversion and establishes the highway diversion technology index and diversion dynamic judgment method to solve the problem of traffic diversion upstream and downstream diversion coordination. Combined with the diversion strategy established by Chang-Jiu Expressway network and congestion characteristics, an empirical study is conducted by using cellular model to ensure the effectiveness of diversion.
