我厂冲压车间塑料压机组和修模祖工人,最近把三台塑料压机旧设备改装为自动机,经过试验,效果良好,现已正式投入生产使用。这种塑料压机的自动化生产是由三个动作来完成:自动加料;自动闭模、脱模、压料;自动取件。改装工作是在原有设备上,加装自动加料和自动取件的机械手两个部份来实现自动化生产的。它能够自动秤料、进料、压浇、脱模、取件,而且能够定温、定压、定时,一只工件的压塑只需几秒钟。改装费用只化了二十多元的材料费。现着重介绍自动加料、自动取件的机械手两部分: 一、机械结构和原理(1)自动加料装置(见图1):
