女士们、先生们: 值此“国际热带气旋灾害学术研讨会”在北京召开之际,让我代表中国国际减灾十年委员会向大会表示热烈的祝贺。并转达田纪云副总理对大会的致意和对各位朋友们的欢迎! 这次大会由国际科联(ICSU)、世界气象组织(WMO)、国际理论与应用力学联合会(IUTAM)、国际大地测量和地球物理联合会(IUGG)、海洋研究(政府间)科学委员会(SCDR)、国际理论物理中心(ICTP)和国际工程学会联合会(WFEO)等七个国际组织
Ladies and Gentlemen, On the occasion of the “Symposium on International Tropical Cyclone Disasters” held in Beijing, let me extend my warm congratulation to the General Assembly on behalf of China’s International Decade. And conveyed Vice Premier Tian Jiyun’s compliments to the conference and his welcome to all the friends.
