杭州占据着良好的区位,阿里巴巴、互联网等均在杭州落地生根,企业需要解决的是更好地理解产业地产的本质、研究产业地产的未来发展方向,实现产业地产的转型和升级。产业地产的概念于2003年提出,是工业地产升级与换代的产物。与传统房地产不同,产业地产以地产为平台、产业为主体、金融为支撑,需进行地产资源、产业资源、区域资源和社会资源的整合,从单纯的开发商向土地运营商、城市运营商、产业运营商、物业运营商转变,注重高端产业链聚集。
