海南岛,自建省以来,以大特区特有的神秘引发人们的好奇和关注。下海的,跳槽的,炒股票的,都愿意去海南一试身手。然而,海南企业的思想政治工作却很少出现在人们的话题里。今夏记者去海南采访,有了这样的感受:思想政治工作在海南企业的改革发展中仍然发挥着重要作用,许多企业尤其是国有大中型企业思想政治工作有队伍,有传统,有新的探索和创造。当然,海南企业思想政治工作同时也处在较内地企业更为严峻的挑战之中。 海口罐头厂和海德公司的经验本刊前两期已有所报道,这里记述的是我们在另外三家企业的所见所闻。
Since its establishment, Hainan Island has attracted people’s curiosity and attention with its unique mystery. Under the sea, job-hopping, stock speculation, are willing to go to Hainan try their best. However, the ideological and political work of Hainan enterprises is seldom seen in people’s topics. This summer’s reporter went to Hainan to interview and got the impression that ideological and political work still plays an important role in the reform and development of Hainan enterprises. Many enterprises, especially the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, have a contingent of ideological and political work with both traditional and new explorations and create. Of course, the ideological and political work of Hainan enterprises is also at a more serious challenge than the mainland enterprises. The experience of Haikou Cannery and Hyde Inc. The first two issues of this issue have been reported. What we have seen here is what we saw and heard in three other companies.
