今年全国宣传思想工作会议上,江泽民同志宣布在中央党校、国家教委、中国社会科学院、解放军国防大学和上海社会科学院组建五个研究建设有中国特色社会主义理论的基地。半年多来,五个基地相继建成,积极开展工作。这次会议是第一次基地工作交流会。会上,大家发表了很好的意见,分析了形势,交流了情况,商讨了课题,明确了任务。结合大家发言,讲四点意见:
At this year’s national propaganda and ideological meeting, Comrade Jiang Zemin announced the establishment of five bases for the study of the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics at the Central Party School, the State Education Commission, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the National Defense University of the People’s Liberation Army and the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. Over the past six months, five bases have been completed one after another, actively carrying out their work. This meeting is the first exchange of base work.
