乡村交通事故是海南全省交通事故的主导,解决了海南乡村公路交通秩序混乱问题,就可能大幅度减少海南的交通事故总量和人员伤亡数,从而有效控制全省交通事故的总量。可以联想的是,中国是一个农业大国,大部分省、市、自治区农业人口占了大多数。这些省、市、自治区是否存在海南的这一问题,在贯彻落实公安部的统一部署的同时,各地是否还应结合本地实际,有侧重地开展各项工作,值得分析研究。
Rural traffic accidents are the leading cause of traffic accidents in Hainan province.
