醋酸棉酚临床试用曾表明服药后主诉性功能减退者约占5%,动物实验亦表明棉酚对血浆睾酮生物合成有影响,但临床观察则均认为棉酚对血浆睾酮水平无明显影响,故棉酚所致性功能减退是否由于其对睾酮生物合成影响尚难肯定。曾报道棉酚具抑制睾酮刺激前列腺、精囊发育作用,但尚有争议。本文旨在以动物实验探讨棉酚抗雄激素作用及对睾酮受体影响。
