本文说明缸径105毫米至185毫米的6种直喷式高功率柴油机发展工作的技术成果。 采用涡流型燃烧系统能降低喷油装置承受的负荷。高增压发动机与同样尺寸的自然进气发动机相比,其涡流比必须选在较高的水平上,以补偿由于气阀凹坑引起的涡流削弱。其结果,使发动机对涡流比和喷油定时的敏感程度降低。随着缸径的增加,最佳涡流比变低,燃烧室的凹穴必须从深型变为浅型,而喷咀的孔数需增加。因此,涡流型燃烧系统对于缸径在180毫米以下的发动机更为有利。
This article describes the technical achievements in the development of six direct injection high power diesel engines with bore sizes from 105 mm to 185 mm. The use of eddy current combustion system can reduce the load on the fuel injection device. High-turbocharged engine with the same size naturally aspirated engine, the eddy current ratio must be selected at a higher level to compensate for the valve pit caused eddy current weakening. As a result, the sensitivity of the engine to the swirl ratio and the injection timing is reduced. As the bore diameter increases, the optimum swirl ratio becomes lower and the pocket in the combustion chamber must change from deep to shallow and the number of holes in the nozzle needs to be increased. Therefore, the eddy current combustion system for the cylinder diameter of 180 mm below the engine is more favorable.
