为研究支点顶升工艺对组合梁负弯矩区桥面板与钢梁结合过程中产生的作用效应,以某连续组合梁桥为研究对象,对“传统支点顶升法”进行了改进,同时利用Midas2010建立全桥整体仿真模型,并对其进行整体仿真分析。理论和实测结果均表明:改进的支点顶升工艺在组合梁负弯矩区桥面板中产生的最大压应力为17.5MPa,但锚固装置中的锚固钢筋拉力分布不均匀。为改善锚固钢筋的拉力分布,结合工程实际情况,对部分锚固钢筋的拉力进行了释放。
In order to study the effect of the jacking process on the bonding process of the bridge deck and the steel beam in the negative bending moment zone of the composite beam, a continuous composite beam bridge is taken as the research object to improve the “traditional fulcrum jacking method” At the same time, Midas2010 is used to establish the whole bridge overall simulation model, and its overall simulation analysis. The theoretical and experimental results show that the maximum compressive stress in the bridge deck with the negative bending moment of the composite beam is 17.5MPa, but the tensile force distribution of the anchoring steel in the anchorage device is not uniform. In order to improve the tensile force distribution of anchoring rebar, the tension of some anchoring rebars was released according to the actual engineering conditions.
