多孔混凝土又称为大孔混凝土或多孔贫混凝土,它作为一种新型的排水基层材料,是介于水泥稳定碎石和普通混凝土之间的一种贫混凝土。该文依托洛阳环城高速公路实体工程,介绍了多孔混凝土的组成设计,有针对性地对多孔混凝土排水基层的施工机械组合、工艺流程、质量控制标准及试验检测方法进行了探讨,同时研究了多孔混凝土排水基层施工中拌和、摊铺、成型、养生等工艺参数及控制要点,为多孔混凝土排水基层的施工技术和推广应用提供了参考依据。
Porous concrete, also known as macroporous concrete or porous lean concrete, as a new drainage base material, is a kind of lean concrete between cement stabilized macadam and ordinary concrete. Based on the solid engineering of Luoyang Ring Expressway, this paper introduces the composition design of porous concrete, and discusses the construction machinery combination, process flow, quality control standards and test methods of porous concrete drainage base in a targeted manner. At the same time, The process parameters and control points such as mixing, paving, forming, health and so on in the construction of porous concrete drainage foundation provide the reference for the construction technology and popularization and application of porous concrete drainage foundation.
