本文报告应用病毒唑700～750mg/日静脉滴注,连续3天,治疗发病5天以内,单纯发热期出血热患者38例,与34例对照者(按一般疗法治疗)相比,治疗组平均退热时间为3.05±1.16天(±SD),比对照组4.48±2.93天明显缩短(P<0.01);尿蛋白消失时间,治疗组平均为3.73±1.26天,比对照组5.00±2.14天显著缩短(P<0.05);治疗后病程中出现低血压者明显减少,治疗组为2.6％,对照组为17.66％
