四 嚙合條件的驗算变位係數选擇不当時,不但可能發生根切現象或齒顶厚变尖現象,並且可能產生下列情况:重叠係數过小,比压係數或滑動係數过大而超过容許的範圍。根切现象和齒顶厚变尖现象巳於上面討論过了,现在僅討論重叠係數、比压係數、和滑動係數的驗算。 (1)重叠系數的驗算正变位齒輪由於齒高降低,因此重叠係數也就相应减小,所以变位齒輪計算時必須驗算重叠係数8是否在容許範圍。
