本文推导了幂律液体环形空间层流螺旋流的压降方程,介绍了由压降方程计算幂律液体环形空间层流螺旋流的压降的方法。并通过CMC水溶液和聚丙烯酰胺水溶液的螺旋流实验,把由压降方程算得的理论压降和实测压降做了对比。对比结果说明,上述的压降方程和计算压降的方法是正确的。
In this paper, the pressure drop equation of laminar spiral flow in a power-law liquid annular space is deduced. A method to calculate the pressure drop of a laminar spiral flow in a power-law liquid annular space by the pressure drop equation is introduced. The theoretical pressure drop calculated from the pressure drop equation was compared with the measured pressure drop by the spiral flow test of CMC aqueous solution and polyacrylamide aqueous solution. The comparison shows that the above pressure drop equation and pressure drop calculation method are correct.
